If you spot a rate that looks wrong — for example a bank's easy access rate that differs from what their website shows — please email us at info@savingsai.co.uk with the bank name, account type, and the rate you are seeing on their site. We verify and update our data daily, but occasionally a bank changes a rate mid-day before our next refresh. We aim to correct flagged rates within 24 hours.

Please include the institution's name, the product type (easy access, fixed rate, ISA, regular saver), and a link to their current rate page. We prioritise additions based on how many users have requested them and how competitive the rates are.
Rates are refreshed automatically every day, typically in the early morning. When a bank notifies us of a rate change or we detect a discrepancy, we update immediately outside the normal refresh cycle. The "Last updated" timestamp visible on each rate card reflects when that specific product's data was last verified. If you notice a card showing a date older than two days, please let us know so we can investigate.
SavingsAI does not collect personal data during normal browsing — we do not require account registration and we do not store cookies beyond what is necessary for Google Analytics and AdSense (as detailed in our Privacy Policy). If you have previously submitted the contact form, any personal details you included (name, email, message) are held only in our email inbox and are not stored in a database.
